How we work

Trust comes from verifiable things.

A law practice cannot promise the outcome of a procedure. It can explain the options, limits and missing information.

Frequently asked questions

Start with what you want to know.

General information, with no guarantee of outcome.

Does a preliminary search guarantee registration?

No. A search may reduce uncertainty, but it cannot guarantee registration or detect every possible conflict.

Can I file without choosing classes?

Classes describe the goods and services for which protection is sought. They belong in the application preparation discussion.

Do you publish fees or official charges?

Base official fees (OSIM, EUIPO) are indicative on the service page; the final fee depends on the number of classes and is confirmed in the official source at filing time. The firm's own fee is set individually after the discussion started via the contact form.

What should I not send through the form?

Do not send identity documents, sensitive data or confidential filing information before a secure channel is confirmed.
